**2.1 Technical Details of the Scope of Supply**
The sale covers the main machinery and a comprehensive package of auxiliary systems (Balance of Plant):

* **Gas Turbines:** 2x GE/Alstom Frame 9000E (Model 9171), built in 2000, with rated outputs of 123.4 MW (TG1) and 121.5 MW (TG2) respectively. The turbines are dual-fuel type (Natural Gas as main, Diesel as backup).
* **Generators:** 2x Alsthom T240-370 rated at 165 MVA (15,000 V, 50 Hz), air/water cooled, with rotating diodes.
* **Transformers:** 2x Main step-up transformers (Alstom and Ferranti Packard) rated at 165 MVA (15kV/230kV).
* **Control and Emission Systems:** SPEEDTRONIC MARK V control system. 14 combustion chamber technology DLN2.6 (Dry Low NOx for gas operation and Wet Low NOx for diesel operation).
* **Auxiliary Systems (BoP):** The supply includes generator circuit breakers, firefighting systems, fin fan coolers, 1 emergency diesel generator, natural gas receiving station (with filtration and metering skids), liquid fuel skids, and injection water skids.

**2.2 Operational Status and Historical Data**
The plant was commissioned in the year 2000.

* **TG1 Unit:** 51,340 total recorded operating hours, with 2,437 starts.
* **TG2 Unit:** 49,943 total recorded operating hours, with 2,437 starts.
